ps 我建議a大可以給他更重的懲罰(e.g. 沒收資源或軍隊) 因為他每次搶劫完後都會開假期模式 只是封鎖3天並沒有太大的阻嚇作用

跟據現有的规则，过渡攻擊2次或以上只会封鎖5天。
